My daugther in Connecticut

Today, was a much better day for my 4 month old baby daughter. We kept the air conditioning here overnight, and for the balance of the day today. Temps in central Connecticut reached 88 degrees. Because our home was still cool, when it came time for baby Helena to take her afternoon nap, there was no question in my mind why she slept so well at a tune of 3 1/2 hours this afternoon!
Now, for all new parents, please keep the air on, or the very least, a fan , or , open window so your child may sleep better.
